We operate all the hotels and other hotel establishments owned 100% by our Group (deLuna.group). In addition, we operate those hotels in which it participates together with other investors (co-investment regime) through different investment vehicles.

We operate hotels and other hotel establishments owned by third parties, under a long-term lease contract where our excellent solvency, reputation and care of the asset are highly valued by the owners.

We operate hotels owned by third parties, under a management contract. This contractual modality is designed for those hotel owners who delegate the management of their property to deLuna Hotels as operator, in exchange for a fee. In this way, the owner has 100% of the benefits of the hotel management, also valuing the operational efficiency and the care of the property by deLunaHotels.
