  • Fast check-in: We eliminate unnecessary waiting times upon arrival. Our staff is trained to make the process smooth and comfortable.
  • Personalised attention: Every guest is different. We invite families to share essential details in advance to ensure a calm, tailored stay.
  • Pictogram menus: In our restaurants – the Rincón de Don Vicente Gastrobar (Gran Hotel Luna de Granada) and El Patio Restaurant (Boutique Hotel Luna Granada Centro) – we offer clear, visual menus that simplify choosing dishes.
  • Signage and visual aids: Our hotels include pictograms and easy-to-follow guides throughout, helping guests navigate without relying on verbal communication.
  • Staff training: All staff are trained and aware of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), allowing them to provide empathetic, personalised and sensitive service.

In addition to visible adaptations, deLuna Hotels provides a special form for families to share specific needs ahead of time. We want to know what each guest enjoys, what might cause distress, what soothes them, and whether they use verbal communication or need extra support.
